Hurricane Helene Relief

The High Country as well as other communities throughout North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia were devastated by Hurricane Helene starting Sept. 27, 2024.

Homes were lost, utilities were unavailable, roadways were washed away, communication was cut off for some, and the sense of safety was stripped away for most.

The Hunger and Health Coalition has actively been responding to the aftermath of the hurricane to help people receive food, medication and needed supplies. We're providing both at our main site and take our operations mobile to bring these items to folks.

The devastation is immense. The response will be ongoing.

We need your help to keep ensure our community is fed, healthy, and safe. Thank you for any help you can provide!
